SIMONA® PE 100 CoEx threaded short-pipe modules
SIMONA® PE 100 CoEx threaded short-pipe modules are used in the rehabilitation of build-ing drain junctions and for connecting to main sewers. Owing to their short standard overall length of 550 mm, they are particularly suitable for shafts and launch pits where space is con-fined.

SIMONA® PE 100 SPC RC-Line protective-jacket pipes
With pipes, injection-moulded fittings, custom components and shafts made of PE 100/PE 100 RC, SIMONA offers a comprehensive range of products for reliable supply lines in infra-structural applications. In the case of SIMONA PE 100 SPC RC-Line pipes the additional out-er protective jacket made of modified polypropylene (SIMONA® PP Protect) protects the inner pipe against damage that can be caused during trenchless pipelaying. After laying, the inner pipe has 100% new-pipe quality.

SIMONA® PE ovoid pipes
SIMONA® PE ovoid pipes are PE wastewater pipes with an ovoid geometry. When the pipe is partially filled (dry weather drainage), a high velocity of flow is achieved at the bottom of the duct, and hence good hydraulic drainage with a flushing and self-cleaning effect. When pre-cipitation flows are high, a high discharge capacity is available because the profile becomes wider towards the top.

SIMONA® PP-HM pipe modules
The short-pipe system SIMONA® PP-HM was especially developed for pipeline rehabilitation in confined spaces and installation operations via shaft structures or launch pits. Short overall lengths (0.42 m to 1.90 m) make it possible to lay the modules economically, for example by means of the TIP lining method or by pipe bursting, up to an old pipe size of DN 1000. SIMONA® PP-HM pipe modules are available in various versions: as an integral smooth push-on joint, with an innovative strain-resistant thread screw joint or with a SIMOFUSE® welded joint. Owing to the increased material rigidity and special impact resistance at low temperatures, the drive pipes allow sustainable and permanent rehabilitation of drainage sys-tems. The system as a whole is completed with all the necessary fittings for connecting to shafts and building service pipes laid by open-cut and no-dig methods.

SLA® Barrier Pipe
The SLA® Barrier Pipe system reliably prevents the permeation of pollutants. The metallic permeation barrier enables permanent protection of sensitive media and the environment. Sonico® EDGE has been developed for highly accurate flow measurement of potable, industrial and service water. The product concept is modular and flexible in terms of overall mechanical design and communication. Sonico® EDGE is equipped with the latest GWF 4D technology® . To manufacture the sonico® product line, GWF invested in a world-leading production test bench ‘LUZ1’. The test bench was installed in early 2018 as one of the most accurate production equipments in the world. Currently, the overall production and quality system is put in place to manufacture the sonico® product line for applications in the commercial and industrial domain.

SPAC-UF
With the SPAC-UF process, Membratec offers an innovative solution for the removal of micropollutants in drinking water and wastewater. This process combines the adsorption of micropollutants on superfine powdered activated carbon (SPAC) with ultrafiltration. Both the adsorption capacity and kinetics are significantly improved compared to conventional PAH. The treatment process is compact, and operating costs can be significantly reduced due to the significantly lower activated carbon consumption. After several successful pilot tests, the first two large-scale SPAC-UF plants were commissioned in 2025.
