Hawle SYNOFLEX: The Unique Connection Technology
With the Hawle SYNOFLEX system, Hawle Schweiz Armaturen AG offers a flexible and reliable solution for quick installation in utility networks. The multi-range couplings reliably connect a wide variety of pipe materials and ensure easy installation on the job site. The system is suitable for cast iron, fiber cement, PE, PVC, and steel pipes and is designed for operating pressures up to 16 bar. Angular deviations of up to 8° can be easily compensated for. Sizes ranging from DN 40 to DN 600 are available on short notice, enabling efficient implementation even in demanding projects. EPDM seals, SVGW approval, and testing in accordance with DIN EN 14525 ensure maximum safety. Ductile iron housings with an epoxy coating in accordance with GSK guidelines provide long-lasting corrosion protection. Etertub water meter shaft
The Etertub water meter shaft was developed for installation in water house connections and is particularly suitable for new buildings or renovation projects. The Etertub water meter shaft also reliably seals against pressing ground water or flood water. The Hawle shut-off valve integrated in the water meter shaft has been equipped with the proven Hawle ZAK system. In addition, the innovative connection technology enables time-saving and hygienic installation and removal of the water meter set. The sealing cone integrated in the Hawle shut-off valve between the Hawle water meter set and the drinking water pipe also prevents the water from flowing out of the drinking water pipe into the shaft under operating pressure or dirt from entering when the Hawle water meter set is dismantled. The conical design of the Hawle shut-off valve reduces the sensitivity to dirt to a minimum. With the separately available Etertub water meter shaft cover, a height compensation of 0 - 300 mm can be carried out during installation. The Etertub water meter shaft cover withstands a load of 12.5 t (B 125). The Hawle water meter set can also be operated with common analogue and digital water meters (Q3 2.5). The use of digital water meters enables convenient reading by the operator with remote reading devices. The Etertub water meter shaft is available in the pipe covers 1.0 m, 1.25 m and 1.50 m and with the two outlet variants ZAK 46 or PE pipe d40.
