DQW – digital quality management for water supply

The DQW software is a simple and streamlined web solution for legally required self-monitoring, which also incorporates the new W12 industry guideline of the Swiss Gas and Water Association. It allows the responsible persons of a water utility to digitally record, manage, and track quality-relevant activities. At the same time, key operational documents such as telephone lists and contracts, as well as plant plans and photos, are made available to the user.

With the help of the DQW tool, the well manager carries out his inspection and maintenance work according to the stored instructions. He documents the work and readings in the digital journal with just a few clicks on his tablet or PC – even offline if internet access is unavailable. If the plant manager discovers a defect during an inspection, he can record the necessary measures with corresponding priorities and responsibilities. The task list then displays all pending work and measures at any time, and reminders are automatically sent for due tasks.

The DQW software is a practical and easy-to-use support for daily work to ensure quality assurance. The tool can be customized to meet individual needs. Initial data collection and technical support are provided upon request by experienced water supply engineers from Wälli AG Ingenieure.
