About us

SAMVAZ SA was founded in 1964 and is located today in the industrial zone of Châtel-St-Denis, a municipality in the south of the canton of Fribourg (Veveyse).
The main activity is metalworking, employing around 145 people at the Châtel-St-Denis site.

SAMVAZ SA has grown in particular thanks to the invention, development, manufacturing and marketing of its own products, including:

Standardized material, making formwork and stripping, transport and storage easier

Easy stripping of slabs
Fixing of beams for further formwork

Our main activity is:

PIPEX: fastening of pipes and ducts of all kinds for plumbing, heating, cooling, steam, ventilation, electricity, etc.

The standard PIPEX range allows every type of installation and the fastening of pipes to ceilings, walls or floors.
Uninsulated or insulated, for cold or hot, with one or two screws, for water, air or electricity, small or large, promatized, hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel – there is a solution for every case.

However, our true strength lies in specialties: custom-made fastening systems, designed and drawn by our technical office when standard pipe clamps are not suitable.
