About us
Rädlinger primus line GmbH is the manufacturer of the Primus Line® system, an innovative relining solution for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipes for different applications such as water, gas and oil. The system consists of a flexible, aramid-reinforced liner and specially developed end fittings. Clients benefit from long insertion lengths of up to 2,500 m in one single step and the product’s ability to traverse bends of up to 45 degrees. Primus Line® is not bonded to the host pipe and is self-supporting. An annulus remains between Primus Line® and the host pipe.
Small construction pits, short rehabilitation times and the low level of impact on the environment, make Primus Line® the ideal technology for the rehabilitation of defective lines in sensitive environments. Developed by experienced engineers and more than 15 years in business, the system is suitable for various application needs and has already proven itself in numerous projects.

Primus Line® Rehab
Primus Line® Rehab is an innovative technology for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipelines for different media such as water, gas and oil. The ideal flow characteristics resulting from an extremely smooth inner coating and optimised systems for high-, medium- and low-pressure requirements make Primus Line® Rehab an economical solution for the rehabilitation of ageing pipelines. In this way, network operators benefit from reliable operation and a sustainable investment in their assets. With installation lengths of up to 2,500 metres / 8,200 feet, a bendability of up to 90 degrees, a low machine requirements and installation speeds of up to 10 metres / 33 feet per minute, Primus Line® Rehab makes the rehabilitation of ageing pipes simple and fast. This makes the system particularly suitable for environments with high geographical, economic, architectural or ecological requirements. The flexible rehab pipe is available in nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 500 / from 6 inches to 20 inches. Depending on the diameter, the maximum operating pressure ranges between 82 bar and 12 bar / 1189 psi and 174 psi.
Primus Line® Overland Piping
Primus Line® Overland Piping is an environmentally-orientated solution, spoolable and reusable for multiple deployments. It is also extremely quick to install. It has been specially developed for above-ground piping of demanding and potentially hazardous media. Up to 6 kilometres / 3.7 miles of pipe can be laid per day. The installation length of 1,000 metres and more in one piece reduces the number of weak points. Primus Line® Overland Piping naturally conforms to surface irregularities. It can be installed through bushland, nature parks or waterways without damaging the environment. The flexible pipe is available in nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 350 / from 6 inches to 14 inches. Depending on the diameter, the maximum operating pressure ranges between 56 bar to 20 bar / 812 psi to 290 psi
