Drehkolbengebläse-COMPACT mit OMEGA Profil
KAESER COMPACT blowers are designed for low operating and maintenance costs, as well as simple commissioning and high reliability. As the latest development, blowers with integrated controls and frequency converters or star-delta starters significantly reduce the costs of planning, construction, commissioning, documentation, and certification. Complete system comprising mechanical, electrical, and electronic components COMPACT rotary lobe blower systems are supplied complete with a sound enclosure and, optionally, with an integrated frequency converter or star-delta starter as the electrical power section. All electrical components are dimensioned for the required performance data and fully wired and programmed in accordance with EMC regulations. Intrinsically safe and communicative The optional internal SIGMA CONTROL 2 blower control system monitors and regulates all relevant parameters via numerous sensors – for reliable and economical operation. Remote monitoring and control options further contribute to optimized blower availability. A wide range of communication modules ensure the integration of SIGMA CONTROL 2-controlled blower systems into cross-machine control systems such as the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 and/or technical control systems. Permanently reliable and efficient Like all KAESER products, COMPACT blower systems are designed and manufactured for maximum energy efficiency, reliability, and durability. Combined with low maintenance and repair costs, this results in the lowest possible total system costs (life cycle costs). Industrial PC technology The SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller enables efficient control and monitoring of blower operation. A display and RFID reader simplify communication and security. Variable interfaces offer high flexibility. The SD card slot facilitates updates.

Schraubengebläse 221 M SFC
With KAESER's SIGMA profile rotary screw blowers, efficiency is more than just a promise. As ready-to-use, plug-and-play solutions, these low-maintenance blower systems offer exceptional cost-effectiveness at the touch of a button. Furthermore, the rotary screw blowers are designed to be particularly space-saving, easily remotely and independently controlled, and are Industry 4.0 compatible. The low energy consumption and continuous operation of KAESER rotary screw technology pay off in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, flotation and fluidization, and fermentation processes. Performance data: 7.5 kW to 250 kW Flow rate from 3 to 160 m³/min Pressure drop from 300 to 1100 mbar Your benefits Maximum efficiency KAESER rotary screw blowers are highly efficient across a wide flow rate range. The outstanding efficiency enables savings of up to 35 percent compared to conventional blowers. Real-time operating and status data The integrated SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller ensures efficient control and monitoring of operating and status data in real time. The diverse communication channels make conducting an energy audit according to ISO 5001 a breeze. Low installation costs The ready-to-connect blowers are fully equipped with sensors and emergency stop switches, oil-filled, and certified. This reduces effort and costs during planning, construction, documentation, and commissioning. KAESER rotary screw blowers also master the balancing act between optimal damping of structure-borne and fluid-borne noise and optimal cooling of the blower block including the drive motor and cool intake air. Long-term reliability This includes robust rotor bearings, solid power transmission, drive motors dimensioned to meet requirements, torsion-free soundproof housings with well-designed cooling air flow, SIGMA CONTROL 2 machine control for efficient, safe operation, and much more...

Schraubenkompressor ASD
Save energy: Systems with fixed speed and asynchronous motors are equipped with energy efficiency class IE4. We install IE5 class motors in our frequency-controlled screw compressors and meet the system efficiency level IES2. Increased service life: Electronic thermal management dynamically regulates the fluid temperature of the ASD, BSD, CSD, and CSD(X) series. This reliably prevents condensation and associated moisture damage, while also saving electricity. Heat recovery: Our screw compressors convert 100% of the supplied electrical drive energy into heat energy. 96% of this is available for heat recovery. Take advantage of this potential!

Druckluftmanagement-System - SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0
The compressed air management system manages the operation of multiple compressors, dryers, and filters with unprecedented efficiency. The patented simulation-based optimization process uses past compressed air consumption to determine future demand. A narrow pressure range is no longer the key, but rather the continuous, optimal operation of the compressed air station. Saving energy has never been easier. By connecting all components of the compressed air station with the intelligent network control system via the secure KAESER SIGMA NETWORK, comprehensive monitoring and energy management as well as predictive maintenance measures are possible. This minimizes downtime and maximizes production output. AVAILABILITY With the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0, organizing service activities becomes child's play. The central processing of the compressed air station's operating data ensures a permanent overview of the system's maintenance status. MONITORING The SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 enables comprehensive monitoring of the compressed air station. For this purpose, operating data is recorded, archived, and visualized. Comprehensive monitoring of station parameters allows for early detection and immediate remediation of malfunctions. REPORTING The SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 records, archives, and processes the compressed air station's operating data, actively supporting energy management in accordance with ISO 50001. The required key figures are automatically output, evaluated, and provided as reports. NETWORKING With the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0, the digitalization of the compressed air station is already possible today. As a central hub, it connects all station components via the secure KAESER SIGMA NETWORK. Operating data is collected centrally and can be integrated into existing control systems.
