Inventsys offers software for the self-control and maintenance of water utilities.
Maintenance work and inspections must be fully documented, as this is the only way to fulfil the proof of quality assurance and the W12 guideline. With the intuitive Inventsys app, this is done effortlessly and on site - without any preparation or follow-up in the office. The digital inventory of your installations and assets comes with photos, measurements, and journals. It allows for optimal maintenance planning according to tasks, dates or location. Plans and lists on paper belong to the past. The SVGW-certified W12 module makes it easy for water supply managers to follow the requirements of the W12 directive. Checks for best practice, critical control points and risk assessments are also continuously updated.

Add-on W-12 Modul
The self-monitoring module maps the entire process according to SVGW guideline W12. This means that you can check all installations and activities directly in Inventsys for "good practice", identify deviations, record the list of "CCP" (critical control points), document risk assessments and maintain the list of measures. You conclude the self-control process with a system evaluation. In this way, you can look forward to inspections with confidence.
